  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer an exchange or a replacement product, depending on the situation. Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Photographic evidence may be requested.
